Why morning pain is the worst
Plantar fasciitis is caused by plantar fascia, ligaments at the bottom of your feet, after withdrawing from their normal attachment at the bottom of the heel. When you sleep, Plantar Fascia contracts when you rest. Because the feet are not fully extended, it works to heal and attach stronger to the heel.
When you wake up in the morning and try to stand up, you force fasia to completely lie down quickly. This causes extreme discomfort and can cancel healing that occurs overnight.
Many physical activities require a few minutes of stretching to warm up before participating in activities. If the heating is passed, the possibility of injury or muscle withdrawn increases.
So what you need before getting out of bed is a warming routine for your feet. It seems logical right?
I found a very good method to reduce the pain that morning. This is a quick exercise that warm the plantar fascia and helps shortening ligaments to lie down gradually. This is called the point of curls and flexible. Do it before getting out of bed and after you sit for a long time.
- Stay sitting and straighten your feet put your heel on the floor.
- Direct your toes. Now curly your toes below. Hold for 10-20 seconds.
- Then slowly relax and jump your feet bend on the ankle and curved your toes into a completely bent position. Your feet must now tilted as if you were standing. If this starts to hurt, just go part. In the next repetition goes further. Ease into it.
- Hold again for 10-20 seconds.
- Then relax again for a few seconds and repeat.
- Do one set 3 to 5. Take your time. You persuade fasia to get up and stretch.
After a few days you will know how many repetitions you need to stretch to reduce the pain of your feet.
