How to create a personal and leadership development plan

Define success

Once we have implemented the different goals that we want to achieve, and the time we have given ourselves for it, it is time to define what will be the success when finishing the personal development and leadership plan . In this sense, we find a section associated with long-term goals, but we must include more human aspects such as happiness, feeling fulfilled, becoming a full person in life, etc.

Action plan
